If you have any concerns about the quality of service, please report them to reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.<\/li><li>The hotel is required to provide:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>conditions for complete and unhindered guest relaxation,<\/li><li>security of the stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of guest information,<\/li><li>professional and courteous service,<\/li><li>to clean the room and carry out any necessary repairs to the facilities in the absence of the guest, and only if the guest agrees and wishes to be present,<\/li><li>offer, as far as possible, another room or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience if the defects in the room cannot be rectified.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"8\"><li>At the guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>providing information related to residence and travel,<\/li><li>wake-up call at the appointed time,<\/li><li>storage of money and valuables during the guest's stay at the hotel,<\/li><li>storage of luggage of guests checked into the hotel.<\/li><li>hire of a bath tub and a platform for the baby's wash basin\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li>The hotel's liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception.<\/li><li>The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.<\/li><li>The Hotel Guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of the Hotel's furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or his\/her visitors.<\/li><li>Each time the guest leaves the room, he or she should check the door lock and leave the key at the reception.<\/li><li>The hotel guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired.<\/li><li>The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who has grossly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay or ask a guest to leave the hotel who has caused damage to guests or hotel employees or who has disrupted the operation of the facility.<\/li><li>Persons not checked into the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 07:00 to 22:00.<\/li><li>The hotel maintains a curfew from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hotel reserves the right to organise occasional night events that may violate this rule.<\/li><li>The behaviour of Guests and persons using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel may refuse to provide further services, as well as impose a financial penalty on the person who violates this rule.<\/li><li>Personal effects left by the departing guest in the hotel room may be returned to the address indicated by the guest at the guest's expense. If such instructions are not received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.<\/li><li>All guests are obliged to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Poland.
